Benefit Statements

  • Benefit statements are issued  twice a year as hard copies.

  • Any error on the statement must be rectified immediately with the front office, e.g. gender, I.D. no., joining date. (Tel: 011 615 8435/ 7925 /7943).

  • Any change of personal details like cell-phone, landline telephone numbers names, surnames and marital status should also be communicated to front office.
