Since the call that trustees should resign, they have since resigned and the Financial Services Board has appointed 4 Independent Trustees, the other 2 will come from SALGA to manage the affairs of the fund.
Trustees of the MCPF perform their responsibilities in terms of the Pension Funds Act,
the Income Tax Act and other applicable legislation.
